Preserve NY Grant Received

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Nunda Village Board of Trustees, together with the Town of Nunda Board, is honored and happy to have received a Preserve New York (PNY) grant. Their grant of $10,000 will fund a Cultural Resource Survey of a potential historic district. The Preservation League of NYS and their program partners at the New York State Council on the Arts (NYSCA) are thrilled to help fund this important work.

On Thursday, January 14th at 7:00 PM, the Landmark Society of Western New York will host a Public ZOOM meeting to share with property owners, business owners, and other interested parties’ information about the survey, as well as the benefits of National Register designation and tax credits which we anticipate as a result of the survey.
