NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: a Public Hearing will be held before the Nunda Town and Village Zoning Board of Appeals at the Nunda Government Center at 4 Massachusetts Street in the Town of Nunda, New York, 14517 at 6:00 P.M. on Wednesday September 11, 2024, to discuss a special use permit to construct a Mini-Storage facility near the intersection of Route 70 and Route 408 in Dalton, NY.
