NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nunda Town Board, County of Livingston, State of New York will hold a Public Hearing to review the proposed budget for the Town of Nunda fiscal year beginning January 1, 2024. The Meeting will be held on Tuesday October 10, 2023, at 7:00 PM at the Nunda Government Center located at 4 Massachusetts Street, Nunda, NY 14517. At such hearing any person may be heard in favor of or against any items herein contained. A copy of the Preliminary Budget is available at the office of the Town Clerk for inspection by any interested persons.
FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 108 of Town Law, that proposed salaries of Elected Town Officers are as follows:
Town Supervisor $12,000
Town Councilman (4) $1,500 each with a total of $6,000
Town Justice (1) $8,000
Town Clerk/Collector $42,000
Highway Superintendent $63,200
