NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: a Public Hearing will be held before the Nunda
Town and Village Zoning Board of Appeals at the Nunda Government Center at 4
Massachusetts Street in the Town of Nunda, New York, at 6:30 P.M. on Thursday
March 2, 2023, to discuss a special use permit to operate a small engine repair shop at 43 Mill Street.
