TOWN & VILLAGE OF NUNDA PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Nunda Town and Village Planning Board, County of Livingston, State of New York will hold a Public Hearing to review an application by Lawrence E. Tillack for a proposed subdivision of land (tax map #170.-1-36.1) located at 9050 NYS Route 408 in the Town of Nunda. The Public Hearing will be held on January 3, 2024, at 6:30 PM at the Nunda Government Center, 4 Massachusetts Street, Nunda, NY 14517. At such hearing any person may be heard in favor of or against any items herein contained.
