NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Nunda Town and Village Planning Board, County of Livingston, State of New York will hold a Public Hearing to review an application by 1799 Rt. 70 LLC to construct a mini-storage facility on Tax parcel #197.20-1-9.13 in the Hamlet of Dalton. The Public Hearing will be held on August 6, 2024, at 6:30 PM at the Nunda Government Center, 4 Massachusetts Street, Nunda, NY 14517. At such hearing any person may be heard in favor of or against any items herein contained.
