NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nunda Town Board, County of Livingston, State of New York will hold a Public Hearing to review the proposed budget for the Town of Nunda fiscal year beginning January 1, 2023. The Meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, at 7:00 PM at the Nunda Government Center located at 4 Massachusetts Street, Nunda, NY 14517. At such hearing any person may be heard in favor of or against any items herein contained.
A copy of the Preliminary Budget is available at the office of the Town Clerk for inspection by any interested persons, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 108 of Town Law, that proposed salaries of Elected Town Officers are as follows:
Town Supervisor $8,000
Town Councilman (4) $1,500 each (a total of $6,000)
Town Justice (1) $8,000
Town Clerk/Collector $42,000
Highway Superintendent $69,420
